Vodafone remains the preferred title and is judged Overweight, as mmO2. Tim receives a recommendation rather equal-weight, while Telefonica Moviles is judged Underweight. In contrast to the analysis of Morgan Stanley, Credit Lyonnais has reduced the price target this morning, Vodafone (175 to 110 pence) and Orange (11 to 5.7 million), while maintaining a Buy rating on both. The revised target is justified by the timescale changed, moving from 12 to 6 months.
